Sip is essentially two buddies that previously played great/terrible pop punk rock together many years ago… then they took a chance and “made a go” in the restaurant industry here in downtown Plattsburgh, N.Y.
The model is simple. Fresh food and Adult Beverages. We accompany those key points with friendly service, a fun/interesting atmosphere and some culinary curve balls here and there.
We aren’t “reinventing the wheel” in the food service industry, but we are striving to do our own thing and we are proud of our product, atmosphere and team.
